He is survived by: his parents, Maria Zimplas and George Zimplas; his wife Parthena Zimplas; and his daughters, Maria, Katerina and Sophia Zimplas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church (39 Belgrade Ave, Boston, MA 02131). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St Joseph Cemetery (990 Lagrange St, Boston, MA 02132).
The burial will take place at St Joseph Cemetery, 1095 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA In keeping with Vasilios' generous spirit, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to St Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church.
