He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Barth (Stephens); his wife Suzanne (Riefe); his sons, Holden of Burlington, VT and Henry of Natick, MA; his brother Jerry Jr. (Amy); his siblings, Brenda and Glen; his siblings-in-law, Stephanie Riefe (Karl Lund) and Stuart Riefe; and also JT.
