He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. MacEwen and Daphne MacEwen (King); his wife Joan (Mitiguy); and his sibling C. Jean Egan. He is survived by: his children, Steven W. MacEwen (Debbie) of Hopedale and Sherry L. Boulanger; his son-in-law John of Canton; his daughters, Beth L. Carloni of Millis, Lisa Harkins Tran of Needham, Deborah H. Anastas (Paul) of Needham and Elizabeth H. Dorisca (Calixte) of Medfield; his nephew Bob Egan of Nantucket; and also Nancy MacEwen Stone. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
