He was predeceased by: his wife Helen C. Barrett; and his siblings, Muriel Strickland, James Norman Barrett and Robert Barrett. He is survived by: his children, Richard R. Barrett of Batavia, NY and Mary Louise Bennett of Whitman; his grandchildren, Michael, Rebecca, Lilah Barrett, Kaitlin and Matthew Bennett; and his great grandchildren, Ellie and Charlotte.
