He was predeceased by: his parents, Li Cho Tow and Doris Tow; and his granddaughter Alana. He is survived by: his wife Susan Tow; his brother Ronald Tow; his son Michael Tow; his grandchildren, Mikayla and Sienna; and his children, Darren Tow, Tae, Corey, Max and Cynthia Tow McPherson (Ryan McPherson).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Randy's name to an animal charity of your choice (like the MSPCA) or a children's charity.
