He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Garrity of West Roxbury, MA; his daughter Lauren Schwindt (Christopher Schwindt); his grandchildren, Christopher Schwindt Jr., Jordan Schwindt and Katie Schwindt; his son Phillip Garrity III (Carol Garrity); his grandchildren, Michael Garrity and Thomas Garrity; and his great grandchildren, Maisie Garrity and Pearl Garrity.
