Netty Schwarz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2022, Netty Schwarz of Needham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Aron "Dolf" Schwarz and Louisa Carolina Pop-Schwarz; her husband Maurice Vanderpol; her son Dolph Vanderpol (Anne Josephson) of Newton; her grandchildren, Emily and Sam; her daughter Nikki Vanderpol (Joseph Russo) of Waltham; her grandchildren, Alex and Julia; her brother Benno H. Schwarz (Sue C. Schwarz); and her child Okeford. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to either the "Boch Center - Suskind Fund", c/o Wang Theater for the Performing Arts, 270 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02216, or to the "Southern Poverty Law Center", 400 Washington Avenue, Montgomery, AL 36104, or to a charity of your choice which you believe embodies the values that Netty held dear.
