In the vast expanse of eternity, Margaret shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Margaret farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gallagher and Margaret Gallagher (Foley); her siblings, Mary A. Gallagher, Patricia M. Barnabo and Thomas J. Gallagher; and her nephew Michael J. Gallagher.
She is survived by: her niece Susan M. Barnabo of Walpole; and her nephews, Mark T. Barnabo of Westborough and Kevin T. Gallagher of Scituate. She is also survived by great nephews, several cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home (2000 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bartholomew Church (1180 Greendale Ave, Needham, MA 02492).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's memory may be made to the Emmanuel College Scholarship Fund, Office of Development and Alumni Relations, 400.
