She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Shepherd; her brother John Pierson; and her parents, Dr. John Pierson and Doris Pierson. She is survived by: her children, Julie Emery (Matthew) and Andrew Shepherd (Kari); and her sister Gale McNish (Doug). She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
