We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 93, John F. Milligan of Needham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Milligan; and his children, Mark Milligan and Kathleen Milligan.

We learned he had Covid during the height of the pandemic and had the chance to connect with him over video.
