He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M "Beth" Sargent; his children, Jennifer Flanagan (Jay) of Hopkinton, James of Austin, TX and Margaret (Nick Arnemann) of Somerville; his grandchildren, Grace and Owen Flanagan of Hopkinton; and his brother Charles J Sargent (Alison) of Salisbury, MA..
During COVID, they produced several online concerts, and were planning to resume the live series this fall.
