He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lemack and Bess Lemack. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Karen, Jack, Kevin, Laurie, Lauren and Bruce; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Samantha, Jillian, Ivan, Andrew, Steph, Jason, Lindsey, Kyle, Jeremy, Austin and Harrison; his brothers, Alvin (Phyllis) and Bert (Terry); and his sister-in-law Elinor. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
