It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard William Forman of Needham, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Forman and Rose Forman; and his siblings, Alfred Forman, Beatrice Strymish and Doris White.

He is survived by: his close friend Cheryl Supowit; his children, Dr. Laurie Swaim (Brent) of Houston, TX, Michael Forman (Lisa) of Framingham and Debra Coleman (Jeffery) of Mendon; and his grandchildren, Darsey (Jonathan), Eric (Chelsea), Meghan (Tony), Matthew, Nicole, Rebecca, Samuel, Colin, Austin and Hudson.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Howard's memory may be made to New Bridge on the Charles Memory Care Unit or The Quimby Center for Geriatric Care at Mt. Auburn Hospital.
