Faye G. Yaffe Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye G. Yaffe (Needham, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Cyrus A. Yaffe; her daughter Audrey Yaffe; her parents, David Katz and Ruth Katz (Levine); and her brother Seymour Katz (Sonny).
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Yaffe and Robyn Lebowitz (Scott Lebowitz); her sister Dr. Lorraine Cates; her grandsons, Zachary Lebowitz (Wendy), Andrew Lebowitz (Heather), Jacob Lebowitz (Ally) and Alexander Lebowitz; and her great grandchildren, Delaney, Tova, Katherine and Madeline.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation in memory of Faye's late daughter, Audrey Yaffe.
