He was predeceased by: his wife Florence L. Calitri. He is survived by: his partner Michele Pitman Taylor; his stepsons, Michael and Justin Rabbitt Kineen (Alison); his nephew Danny Stevens; his cousins, Peter and Pam Calitri; and his son Joseph Calitri. He is also survived by family, friends.
