With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis E. Comer (Needham, Massachusetts), born in Walker, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Lucy Comer and Dennis Comer of Kellogg; and his brothers, Kurt Comer of Kentucky and Craig Comer of Kellogg. He is survived by: his children, Kristen Comer (Nathan Ritchie) of Jacksonville, FL, Brian Comer of Greenfield, MA, Alexandra Comer Meeker of North Andover, MA and Amanda Comer of Framingham, MA.; his grandsons, Marshall Henry Meeker and Owen Emerson Meeker; his sister Lynnette Watson (Gary) of Green River, Wyoming.; and his significant other Paula O'Hare of Milford, MA.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eaton Funeral Home (1351 Highland Ave, Needham, MA 02492).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Stroke Association or to The Perkins School for the Blind.
