She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Mariani and Berardina Mariani; her husband Frank P. Salamone, Jr.; and her sisters, Angelina Capone, Adeline Barrett, Catherine Clark, Josephine Schultz, Mary Theresa Clark, Anne Manty and Lucy Fay.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Salamone (Robert Burwick) of Hull, Jean Salamone of Needham, Frank Salamone (Cynthia) of Brewster and Paul Salamone (Maryellen) of Needham; her grandchildren, Gary Hedrick, Jr. (Liliana), Shannon Hedrick (Guy McPherson), David Hedrick, Michael Salamone (Molly Webber), Rachel Salamone, Thomas Salamone and Julia Salamone; her great grandchildren, Dahlia, Chloe, Verona Hedrick, Penelope, Josephine McPherson, Rita and Lydia Salamone; and her siblings, Joseph Mariani, Jean McCarthy and David Mariani. She is also survived by forty nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (1360 Highland Ave, Needham, MA 02492). A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (1 Wellesley Ave, Needham, MA 02494).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests consideration of contributions in Connie's memory to either St. Joseph Parish or The Center at The Heights in Needham.
