She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Hauptman and Rose Lillian Hauptman (Brady); her husband Francis J. Wheeler Jr.; her son Bruce R. Wheeler; and her sisters, Anna Harris and Lillian Ferrara.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas F. Wheeler (Judy) of Lakeside Marblehead and Judith A. Luther of Latta; her grandchildren, Tracy Cox (Junior), Mark Luther, Scott Luther, Susan Walters (Ryan), David Wheeler (Susie) and Robin Wheeler; and her sister Marion Schiavone (Paul). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
Memorials in her name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
