He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Bikofsky and May Bikofsky; and his sibling Lynn Bikofsky. He is survived by: his wife Irene Bikofksy (Lappin); his children, Greg, Reva Davis (Bikofsky), Richard and Barbara Cataldo (Bikofsky); his grandchildren, Shota, Cory Furuyama (Davis), James and Andrew Cataldo; his brother Jason Bikofsky; his nephew Eric; his nieces, Andrea Bikofsky and Emily Bikofsky; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kacie and Mia Bikofsky.
