He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Margaret (Teevan). He is survived by: his brother Robert (Jane) of Westwood; his nieces, Bridget and Monica Norris; and his friend Jean MacDonald of Natick.
Bill was a Senior Project Director at MCET/Mass Interaction and then the JASON Foundation for Education. His team at JASON Foundation was responsible for securing federal Star Schools funds to enhance the creation of integrated science and literacy programs for underserved middle school students.
