He is survived by: his spouse Louise W.; his parents, Jay Miller and Dorothy Miller; and his sons, Jay Miller (Paula Miller) of North Falmouth, Mark Miller (Lauren Miller) of Silverdale and Sean Miller of Falmouth. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
