He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Swan and Jean Swan (Tanner); and his sister Marjorie Harris Steffen Burgess. He is survived by: his children, Thomas M. Swan Jr. (Alyce) of Lyman, ME, David Swan (Karen) of Walpole, MA and Pamela J. Brown (Robert) of Medway, MA; his grandchildren, Thomas Robert, Will, Becca, Kristen, Ellie, Andrew and Mac; and his great grandchildren, Jose, Alejo, Finn, Rhys, Jovanni, Claire, Alexa, Mila, Rylie, Willow, Kaia and Jinjoo.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home (4 Park St, Natick, MA 01760). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at the Dell Park Cemetery (163 Pond St, Natick, MA 01760).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "Boston Children's Hospital" to support Jovanni Sanchez-Colon (Honoree), his special needs great grandson.
