He is survived by: his wife Sandy Vogel of Natick, MA; his children, Michael Vogel (Elizabeth) of Carol Stream, IL, Michelle Kleinsasser (Zack) of Dedham, MA, Daniel Vogel (Campbell) of Alexandria, VA and Melissa Vogel of Boston, MA; his brother John Vogel (Betsy) of Mount Pleasant, SC; and his grandchildren, Jake, Josh, Jonathan, James, Jeremiah Vogel, Charlie, Grady, Caroline, Case, Alice, Eloise Kleinsasser, Georgia, Lyle and Helen Vogel. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
