He was predeceased by: his wife Diana (Sarrouf); and his sibling Asma. He is survived by: his children, John Audi of Natick and Rafif Dagher (Ibrahim) of Wellesley; his grandchildren, Maya and Julian; and his siblings, Zuheir, Fouad, Najla, Zaki, Dahud, Assad, Makram and Raouf. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sam's memory may be made to the Church or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
