He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John and Lidia Hartel (Perni). He is survived by: his wife Luz Marina Hartel (Ocampo) of Ohio; his children, Peter J. Hartel and Frances Soley Somma of Ohio; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Dylan, Lucas and Ian; and his siblings, Evelyn Frechette (Mark) of Nashua and Steven Hartel (Paula) of Holliston, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID and with respect to everyone's safety, masks will be required for attendance and social distancing will be enforced.
