He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fogerty of Wellesley and Mary Fogerty (Hill) of Wellesley; his daughter Sharon Fogerty; and his brother Ronald Fogerty. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine M. Fogerty; his daughter Kara A. Sandock (Matthew) of Shrewsbury; his granddaughter Katherine Sandock of Shrewsbury; and his brother Richard Fogerty of Wellesley.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Natick Service Council, 2 Webster St., Natick MA 01760.
