It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raul E. Garcia-Rivera (Natick, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carmen Eugenia Garcia-Rivera (Gonzalez Arbona) and Sergio Lucio Garcia-Rivera; his brother Sergio; his pets, Chubby Checkers, Patrizio and Yogi; his wife Paula; his son Christopher (Tara); his grandson Max Anthony; his brother Andy (Pam); and his cousin Ricardo Garcia-Rivera. He was also cherished by cousins, friends and relatives.

Burial arrangements will be private, to avoid risk of COVID and to potentially spare others the pain we suffer.

In lieu of flowers, Raul's family requests donations to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm in his name and to please consider giving a rescue animal a forever home.

When you don't feel him, remember you don't see his footprints because He is carry you. I truly loved Raul with all my heart and can't imagine what your going through. If you ever meet Mike Caterino, he looks like a young Raul. I met at my friends, Lazzaros.”

“I lived a lifetime in 1 1/2 short yrs with Raul. I was only 21 yrs old and he was older. What my parents hadn"t taught me of the world he did. I had my appendix out & delivered our 5 month old son on the same day. We became engaged and it was the happiest time of my life. Too me, the most handsome man in the world, honored me so, by asking me to marry him. He had no idea how very much I loved & cherished him. I saw his eyes in the obit photo, I saw all the love in his eyes again. I sorry. Martha”
