He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy R. Norris and Mary Ann Norris (Roy); his wife Eleanor Norris (Doherty); and his brother Floyd Norris. He is survived by: his children, James Norris (Leslie) of Worcester and Laura Hundley (Rob) of Fairfax, VA.; his grandchildren, Madeline Landry, Rachel and Alysa Hundley; his siblings, Sandra Seay of Clarksville, TN, Robert Norris of Michigan and Roy Norris; and his siblings-in-law, Neil Doherty (Carol), Arlene Doherty and Rita Doherty (late John "Jack" Doherty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
