She is survived by: her parent Ella Snook (Herald); and her children, Linda Smith (Thomas Smith) of Springfield, MO, Brian Chaulk (Danielle Chaulk) of West Barnstable, Susan Gannon (Joseph Gannon) of Churchill, MD, Jeff Chaulk of Marlborough, Beth Crisafulli (Samuel Crisafulli) of Natick, Kim Chaulk of Marlborough and Darren Chaulk (Debra Chaulk) of Shrewsbury. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and 8 nephews.
