He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Southwick. He is survived by: his mother Delores Southwick of Westboro; his former spouse Randi Padernacht; his children, Benjamin Southwick, Farrah Southwick, Mikayla (Jameson White), Matt, Grace, Nicholas, Jarod and Devon; the father of his children Jonathan Ellis; his children, Collen, Arin and Quinton; his girlfriend Beth Lawton Sailer; his children, Zachary, Harrison, Gabrielle and Carly; his grandchild Everleigh; and his family, Rob Sweeney and Sharon McGrath.
