She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas A. O'Neil; her parents, Norbert O'Keefe and Adelaide O'Keefe (Sheehan); and her sister Janet Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Thomas A. O'Neil, Jr. (Karen) of East Sandwich, Mary A. Wallace (Bill) of North Attleboro and Daniel P. O'Neil (Lydia) of Round Rock, TX; her grandchildren, Tom O'Neil of Boston, Tyler O'Neil of Milford, CT, Elizabeth Kastrinelis (Tim) of Plastow, NH, Jake Wallace of Boston, Carolyn Wallace of Plainville, Macklin O'Neil of Milwaukee, WI and Arden O'Neil of Missoula, MT; her siblings, Barbara Fornes of San Diego, CA and Kevin (Carolyn O'Keefe) of Brighton, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Philip Ryan of Naperville, IL and Elinor Bowers of Green Harbor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
