She is survived by: her mother Debra Dame; her significant other Alex Meliazimis of Shrewsbury; her father Jeffrey Dame; her significant other Liz ONeill of Natick; her siblings, Kyle A. Dame of Natick, Kate Francis of Stoughton and Meg Dame of Natick; her grandparents, Richard of Natick, Bettyjean Connors of Natick and Maureen Dame of Natick; her aunts and uncles, Melissa Connors, Michael Gary of Worcester, Amy Connors of Milford, Mat and Alicia Dame of Billerica; and her cousins, Justin Gary of Worcester, Isaac and Issadora Dame of Billerica. She is also survived by Many Great aunts, great uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
