He was predeceased by: his sister Virginia Coia; and his parents, Joseph Keefe and Lillian Keefe. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Keefe; his children, Karla Keefe (Thomas Hourihan), Kristine Van Amsterdam (John) and Kerry Keefe-Carney (Peter Carney); his granddaughters, Katrina Van Amsterdam (Matt Bailey-Adams), Juliana Van Amsterdam (Amiel Jaggernauth), Olivia Van Amsterdam and Megan Carney; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Hazel Bailey-Adams; and his brother Robert Keefe (Lucy) of Blackstone.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home (4 Park St, Natick, MA 01760). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (44 E Central St, Natick, MA 01760). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the St. Patrick Cemetery (180 Pond St, Natick, MA 01760).
Donations in Joseph's memory may be made to the Morse Institute Library Children's Department or the Walnut Hill School for the Arts.
