It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Sorrentino of Natick, Massachusetts, born in South Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. McHale and Margaret E. McHale (Keefe); her husband Francisco D. Sorrentino (Frank); her brother Richard; and her parents-in-law, Pat, Emilio, Tony Sorrentino and Vincent Cerasuolo.
She is survived by: her friends, Mary, Pearlsie, Lydia, Margaret, Carmella, Lorraine and Marie; her children, Frank D. Sorrentino Jr. (Sandy Finlay) of Orleans, MA, Stephen J. Sorrentino (Jill Jorgenson) of Lynnfield, Kathleen M. Hawes (Brian) of Natick and Donna M. Sorrentino (Debra Bunn) of Barnstead, NH.; her grandchildren, Bradford F. Hawes (Elizabeth), Breanne K. Hawes (Justin Sweeney), Erica A. Sorrentino (Tim Cleary), Jillian Mengers (Mike) and Frank D. Sorrentino III; her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Theodore, Sloane and Hannah; her siblings, John, Edward, Robert McHale (Bobby), Margaret Messina, Marie Winch, Rita Hardy and Patricia Cerasuolo (Patsie); and her sister-in-law Lorraine McHale. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and dear friends.
The family plans a private viewing and burial service for the immediate family due to concerns around Covid.
