He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dow and Edna Dow (Mabee); and his brother-in-law Peter Bulkeley. He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Blinstrub; and his siblings, Nancy Bul and Stephen Dow (Laurie) of Northboro. He is also survived by 1 niece and many nephews.
