With solemn reverence, we commemorate Catherine Smith of Natick, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on February 8, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dougald MacKinnon and Margaret MacKinnon (MacLean); her former husband Peter Smith; her daughter Wendy Anne; and her brothers, John Duncan, D. A. MacKinnon and John MacKinnon.

She is survived by: her spouse P. A.; her family Catherine; her children, Kevin Smith (Patti) of Bartlett, IL, Michelle Holbrook (Jay) of Cary, NC and Linda Higgins (Michael) of Medway, MA; her grandchildren, Alexis, Caitlin, MacLean, Catherine, Camden, Ceilidh and Ian; her great grandchild Jack; and her siblings, Neil MacKinnon, Jimmy MacKinnon, Sandy MacKinnon, Dan MacKinnon, Mary MacFarlane, Jessie MacKinnon and Jeanette Campbell.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home (4 Park St, Natick, MA 01760). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Linus Church (119 Hartford St, Natick, MA 01760). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the St. Patrick Cemetery.
