With solemn reverence, we commemorate Carol Ann Downey of Natick, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on October 7, 2024 at the age of 93, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Carol Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Carol Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard W. Downey; her parents, Charles Casali and Wilda Casali (Cline); and her sisters, Dolores Crowley and Cynthia "Chickie" Murray.

She is survived by: her son Michael (Ursula Sutton); her grandchildren, Nickolas, Sutana and Noelle; and her sister Diane Wilde. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (180 Pond St, Natick, MA 01760).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carol's memory to the Natick Service Council, Operation Homefront, or an organization supporting veterans, hunger, homelessness, or farms and forests.
