It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Halverson Taylor (Nantucket, Massachusetts), born in Geneva, New York, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband R. Chapman Taylor III (Ted); and her parents, Kasper Hove Halverson (Kap) and Esther Bodmer Halverson (Betty) of Hinsdale. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Hove Taylor of Exeter, NH and Kristen Taylor Baxter (Robert E. Lee); and her sister Suzanne Halverson Karnatz (Suzi) of Marrietta, GA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Nantucket Garden Club or the First Congregational Church of Nantucket.
