He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Bulger; and his sister Mary Jane Foley. He is survived by: his parent Grayce O'Neill; his sisters, Beverly Bulger, Elaine Bulger of Marlboro, Grayce Mullen of Grafton and Connie Rebakas-Fisher of Auburn; and his children, Jack Bulger of Nantucket, Lissa Brummet of Northbridge and Eric Bulger of North Brookfield. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
