She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph P. Carmody; her parents, Richard and Catherine Broatch (O'Pray) of Lynn; and her sister Hilda Elwell (Arthur) of New Hampshire. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Kim Carmody of Nahant, Karen Carmody (Kenneth LeBlanc) of Nahant and Kevin Carmody (Kristin) of Nahant; her grandchildren, Jason Carmody (Alyssa) of Lynn, James Osborne Jr. of Nahant, Steven St. Ives of Nahant, Corey Carmody (Caitlin) of Nahant, Joshua LeBlanc of Louisiana and Casey Carmody (Joseph Ragusa) of Swampscott; and her sister Janet Broatch of Saugus. She is also survived by her 4 great-grandchildren, and many special nieces and nephews.
