It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edgar W. Babin (Nahant, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alderic Babin and Elizabeth Babin (Maillet); and his brothers, Norman and Arthur. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Newell (William), Susan Moleti (late John) and Douglas of Nahant; his grandchildren, Craig Newell, Elizabeth Newell (Peter McNerney), Joseph Moleti (Brent O'Connor), James Moleti (Leah Moleti), Alison Newell (Kate Blemler) and Rosalie Moleti (Jonathan Conley); his great grandchildren, Bryn McNerney, Maeven McNerney and Madeline Moleti; and his former wife Elizabeth Babin (White).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church (248 Nahant Rd, Nahant, MA 01908). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
