He is survived by: his spouse Maryann Maccario (Mathews); his children, Anthony Maccario (Kelly), Carl Maccario (Linda) and Michael Maccario (Maria); his grandchildren, Taylor, Ashley Duca (Matt), Mia, Marisa, Michael, Nicholas and Zachary; and his great grandchild Samuel Duca.
