It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Hayes of Monterey, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Bidwell Shaw and George E. Shaw; her sisters, Deborah Shaw and Susan Shaw Kaplan of Texas; her children, Karen Hayes Traynor, Linda Hayes Lentz (John Horrigan) of West Milford, NJ and David Smith; her grandchildren, Jesse (AiMei), Eric (Amanda), Ryan (Jenna), Robert and Briana; her great grandchildren, Blair and Hayden; her grandchildren, Brendan (Erin), Victoria MayDawn (Joe) and Christopher (Christine); and also Christopher Traynor. She was also cherished by her family and friends.
The family welcomes donations in Judith's name to any Monterey charitable organization (Bidwell House Museum, Food Pantry, Public Library, First Responders).
