He is survived by: his parent Rosalyn Kalish (Broad); his wife Kathleen Miller; his children, Alexander Kalish (Julie) of Florence and Bronwyn Dunbar (Shawn) of San Jose, CA; his grandchildren, Brennan Dunbar and Jackson Kalish; his brothers, Robert Kalish of Greenfield and Alan Kalish (Marilyn) of Great Barrington, MA; and his nephews, Dereck Kalish of Boston and Morgan Miller of New York City.
