She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Koshinsky and Mattie Koshinsky; and her brother Richard Koshinsky of Turners Falls. She is survived by: her husband Richard F. Caldwell of Montague; her son Gregory Phillips (Nancy); her grandsons, Mackenzie of Montgomery, NY, Hunter of Montgomery, NY and Travis of Montgomery, NY; her son Martin Grant Phillips (Linda); her grandsons, Campbell Grant and James of New York, NY; her son Geoffrey Phillips (Jennifer); her grandson Bennet "Bean" of Winchester, NH; and her stepdaughters, Teresa A. Caldwell of Shelburne Falls and Diane M. Alcorn of Worcester.
