She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Czuj and Sophia Czuj (Koscinski); her son Michael Kostanski; and her siblings, Edwin, Henry "John", Chester Czuj and Rose Ogonis.
She is survived by: her husband Henry A. Kostanski; her daughter Karen Larabee; her children-in-law, Mike of Greenfield, Pam of Vero Beach, FL, Mary of Greenfield and Bette Ann Kostanski of Gill; her grandchildren, Michael Jon, Kyle, Brent, Matt Kostanski and Britney Gioules (George); her great grandchildren, Tristian, Ty Kostanski, Penelope and Dimitri Gioules; and her sister-in-law Virginia Kostanski of Turners Falls. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
