He was predeceased by: his sister Susan Boulden Klaus; and his father George A. Boulden, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Laurie J. Pichette (Richard), Sheri M. Leh (Dave) and Gary A. Boulden; his grandchildren, Michelle Leh, Jonathon Pichette and Kimberly Pichette; his mother Barbara E. Boulden; his siblings, Carol Kushi (Kenneth Diane Zak) and Mike; and his brother-in-law William Klaus. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
