With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Kuklewicz (Montague, Massachusetts), born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 2, 2018 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughter Tasha Monette-Hand; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Andrew, Tiffany and Tristan; his siblings, John, Richard (Linda), Susan and Tracey (Gary); and also, Maaya and Mac. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
