Phillips of Montague, Massachusetts, born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Ernest S. Phillips. He is survived by: his brother Herbert E. Phillips Jr. of Montague; his uncle Gary Phillips (Joyce); his aunt Karen Phillips of Greenfield; his niece Holly S. Phillips; and his nephew Herbert E. Phillips, III.
