He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Gonyea and Shirley M Gonyea (Cummings); and his brothers, David and Ronnie Gonyea. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Jaciow; his sons, Cody Gonyea (Ashley Muraczewski) of Westfield and Luke Gonyea (Amy Haggerty) of Hampden; and his siblings, Thomas Gonyea (Sandy), John Gonyea (Jim), Joseph Gonyea (Cathy), Carol St. Onge (Michael), Kathy Sanford (Don) and Laurie Larsen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
